Nick is a seasoned entrepreneur, navy veteran, pilot, engineer, physicist and technology innovator. He is the inventor of the Energy Blockchain ( Patent US 11,962,710 B2 ) and envisioned de-centralized electricity, producing power wherever it is required without the need for overhead wires or buried cables. With over 40 years of experience in myriad aspects of technology, science, finance and business development, he has been responsible for and has contributed to ground breaking technologies in the communication, security, healthcare, financial, banking, energy, artificial intelligence, aerospace and enterprise systems industry.

A passionate aviator, Nick holds both fixed wing single, commercial multi-engine as well as helicopter ratings and is instrument rated. His associations include but are not limited to the Navy League of the United States, the United States Naval Institute, the Military Officers Association of America, Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association, Helicopter Association International, Naval Aviation Museum Foundation, Pilots for Kids Organization, Veterans Airlift Command and Deliver Fund which combats human trafficking with counter terrorism expertise. 

Kaci brings three decades of end-to-end product development, team building, project management and Federal acquisition experience to Positron.

She is a published author, motivator and has degrees in psychology and business management.

Kaci brings a unique perspective to Positron, blending both extensive military and civilian insight to the numerous applications of the Positron technology platforms. As operational liaison she manages the intricate domestic and international relationships within the various divisions as well as the research and development verticals of the company.

Nate uniquely combines his expertise in prime power engineering - a field focused on the generation and distribution of large-scale electricity - with a Bachelors Degree in Environmental Science, emphasizing sustainability. 

His military background in managing and repairing complex power systems complements his faith-driven insight into stewardship, shaping his approach to technology and design. 

Nate's leadership in R&D is characterized by a commitment to sustainable innovation, where he integrates principles of environmental responsibility into cutting-edge technological development, ensuring that the company's advancements are not only technologically sound but also sustainable across generations.

Kurt has over 35 years of experience in design, integration and maintenance of sophisticated industrial and instrumentation systems. He spent nearly 12 years with the Army National Training Center and is the former Chief Engineer of the U.S. Department of Defense.

As an engineer he has been instrumental in the research, design and creation of ground breaking technologies in Combat Training instrumentation systems, water purification, power and food security. 

Kurt is the former President of Rapid Systems Development and Integration and Chief Technology Officer of FSCX as well as founding partner at Century 21 Village.
