Thierry is the current Senior Vice President and Chief Creative Officer of Universal Creative, Universal Destinations & Experiences Research and Development Division. He leads the creative development for all upcoming attractions at Universal Parks and Resorts world wide. He has played an integral role in shaping the blockbuster rides and attractions at Universal Parks and Resorts globally for over 20 years. He is an innovator and experiential designer of compelling experiences and cutting-edge technologies.

Thierry began his career working in the film and television industry. He provided set design, visual effects, and stop-motion animation for films such as Back to the Future, Flight of the Navigator, Total Recall, Dick Tracy and Gremlins.

At Walt Disney Parks and Resorts he redesigned Tomorrowland and designed Discoveryland at Disneyland Paris. He was instrumental in the development of Islands of Adventure in Orlando, Florida and was tasked as the creative director for Marvel Super Hero Island and The Amazing Adventures of Spider-Man. One of his biggest projects was being creative director for The Wizarding World of Harry Potter.

The  Grangé Group is the culmination of the US and international experience  and vision of Alain Grangé. Under his auspices, the Grangé Group has  successfully developed and managed various leisure lifestyle  developments around the world. The success and explosive growth of the various  projects developed by the Grangé Group, has earned President & CEO,  Alain Grangé, a reputation as someone that can get things done, and done  right. 

Alain has served as President, CEO of Cendant International Resort  Group; President, CEO of RCI International; President CEO of Starwood  Vacation Ownership International; President, CEO of Vistana  International and Managing Director of Strategic Hotels & Resorts’  predecessor Geller & Co.

Alain was also an executive with such international  hotel groups and hotels as Holiday Inn, Intercontinental, Grand  Metropolitan, Steingenberger, Plaza Athénée, George V, Splendido, Savoy,  Amstel, Carlton and Castellana hotels.

Rob is both an entrepreneur and founder of numerous enterprises, comprising forty years in the business, providing consulting services in development, security, compliance and operations to Fortune 500 companies such as HP, Epsilon, Daimler, Microsoft, CSC Dyncorp, Sprint, Michelin, Harbor Branch, Foster Wheeler, Sony Corporation, an NFL club, energy company, and several large municipalities. 



With four decades of experience in the computer hardware and software industries, building extensive business, financial and technical expertise.

Former Chief Information Officer of Premier Trade, he managed a multi million dollar annual budget and a staff of 50 employees. Rob was Chief Technology and Information Officer for Vingage Corporation, a technology advisor to GTE Federal Systems Division in support of the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), and a senior architect for Computer Task Group, Grumman Aerospace and Electronic Data Systems. 



He has authored six patents, five in the storage, retrieval, delivery, and stream switching of digital video images, and one in the knowledge base management system discipline.

Rob is a graduate of Florida State University with a BA in computer and information sciences.  

He is also a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Daimler Certified Information Security Architect, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner (AWSCCP) and AWS Certified Solution Architect Associate (AWSCSAA).  He is a member of the Federal Bureau of Investigation Infragard and former member of the Nation Committee on Information Technology Standards.

Walter is the principal of Realvest, a real estate and venture capital investment firm based in San Francisco, California. As a third generation real estate investor in North America and Europe, his business interests include but are not limited to investing in technology, energy, health and environmental  ventures, with a major focus in the areas of strategic planning and business development.
